J. Lange. In response to your question, yard waste is picked up on Monday mornings. It must be in a container if small items or in an open bag so that the normal garbage pickup service doesn't take it.

Christmas card delivery begins 12/1 thru 12/25. For new residents who wonder "what is this??"..address card(s) by using the current directory, place your lot# in any corner; place cards in either park mailbox located @ clubhouse or rec hall; cards are picked up & delivered daily (weather permitting); and please have an accessible mailbox. is it true that yard wasre, if properly bagged is picked up the same day after household waste has been picked up. do they make a second trip around to colledt it? i see this fact listed on your web site.

The Florida health dept. will return on Tuesday 11/30 to administer the COVID booster to those that missed out on the 15th. Please sign up & include your birthday. A form needs to be filled out and brought with you on the 30th along with your COVID card. The forms are available at Karen Peterman’s lot 248. Flu shots will also be given that day, but not until after all the COVID shots are done. There are two (2) time slots - 10:00 am and 10:30 am.

WE HAVE JUST BEEN INFORMED OF A WATER LINE BREAK. THE PARK WILL BE WITHOUT WATER UNTIL THE BREAK IS FIXED. A PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE IS IN EFFECT AT THIS POINT.
AS A PRECAUTION, WE ADVISE THAT ALL WATER USED FOR DRINKING, COOKING, MAKING ICE, BRUSHING TEETH, OR WASHING DISHES BE BOILED. A ROLLING BOIL OF ONE (1) MINUTE IS SUFFICIENT. AS AN ALTERNATIVE, BOTTLED WATER MAY BE USED.
THIS PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL A BACTERIOLOGICAL SURVEY SHOWS THAT THE WATER IS SAFE TO DRINK.

Yes, we are trying to keep up with the minutes being posted and there have been no activities since the last Happening, or Not post.
Also want to remind everyone in the Park, that the first Tuesday of November the Clubhouse will be in service for the election.
THE NEXT HOA MEETING IS NOVEMBER 9TH AT 6:00 IN THE CLUBHOUSE.
I would love to see all the new residents attend to learn more about the Park and the activities.
I will post a reminder again as the meeting date gets closer.

Trash Pick-Up Notice for September 6th & 9th 2021
Attention Residents of Neptune & Chulavista:
Monday Sept 6th there will be NO pick-up that day.
Pick-Up will be Tuesday Sept 7th.
Also, we will NOT pick-up on Thursday, Sept. 9th. The next pick-up will be Monday Sept 14th.
Please give us a call if you are anticipating extra debris from remodeling, furniture removal or above normal trash before Tuesday the 7th so we can assist you in the removal.
