Comments: This is an older cart, 2 seater, lights, zippered rain cover, weathered (orange) paint, with working battery charger and additional spare tire. Before the batteries died, I used this little cart every day and it ran like a champ. I decided to trade-up to something newer and a four-seater, rather than spend the money on replacing the batteries in this one. With a little TLC, this is a good buy. For those of you who would remember Chuck and Diane Burt who lived beside us on the corner of Turtleback and Gangway Loop, Chuck passed away this morning from a battle with cancer. Please keep Diane and Chucks family in your prayers.

The pool is closed until further notice. We believe that we have a leak, as we lost 3 1/2 inches of water in one 24 hour time frame and 3 inches the next. The fear is that the leak will undermine the deck, creating the hazard of a possible sinkhole type occurrence. We do not know how long it will take to find the leak, which we have experts coming to do, and then repair it. We will keep you informed. The pool at Neptune Village is available for your use in the meantime. Thank you.
