 We had a great turnout for the golf cart poker run! Thank you to Charlie,Pat,Steve,Mom and Fred for the snack stops! Hopefully everyone had a great time and enjoyed the game stops too!

Thanks Marie, we knew it was in the rules & had told our son not to let him drive it but he thought since they weren't out in the street it would be ok. Maybe they need to post this fact so it is clear to people, though you'll find some people don't pay attention to the rules no matter what!

When r son, wife & grandson was visiting a few weeks ago, our son had let grandson,age 13, drive the golf cart in our yard & were told that children had to be 16 to drive golfcart. We have now seen someone a few times letting a young boy drive his golf cart around. We don't know the person who is doing this but would like someone to tell him he can't do that or should we when we see them?

As we have for the last 12 years, there will be a July 4th barbecue at the clubhouse, sponsored by the Park owners and put on by the Park employees. Sign up sheets will be available at the clubhouse shortly. As always, volunteer helpers are most welcome.

Hi sue, we are new in the park, so please forgive us if we're just not looking into how things work. I see that there are some great activities being organized.I'm wondering if there is a spot on the web site of the park where snowbirds can see the information on upcoming trips and activities. It says to look at the boards for information and sign up if your interested in taking part. Sue is there some way that I can see these details on line, and make contact if we would like to join in on these trips?
(I seen that there is a cruise, and a trip to Biloxi being organized)

Sign up sheets for the July 4th golf cart poker run are posted at each mailbox. Be sure to sign up by June 30th so the food stop people know how much to fix! Also some new fun things to do will be added and explained the day of at the clubhouse!

Seems like summer has arrived for those of us here in Florida. Kudos to everyone who has worked to spruce up their homes and yards -- it's looking great in here. We are sure you've noticed, we have several new residents - and we welcome each and every one of them. If you have a new neighbor be sure to reach out and get acquainted. The HOA and/or Welcome Committee hopes to put something together in the near future. As a courtesy reminder to our residents and guests, please do not walk your dogs up into or between someone else's home. The common areas along the streets and the dog park should be used for "conducting business." Dog urine kills grass and plants. If it doesn't rain soon we won't have yards to mow...but until then, remember to blow grass clipping back into your yards, not into the streets and yard debris is picked up on Monday mornings only. Your HOA officers are in the Park throughout the summer and here to answer questions or discuss concerns. We have a great family community here and it's a big part of what makes other people want to move in. Thank you for your contribution to this. See you at the pool!

 FYI SNOWBIRDS! I am going to throw a PARTY WILLIE WOULD HAVE BEEN PROUD OF! Beer can stacks and all! celebration of life Dance with Taylor and Taylor in Jan 2020 6-10:00 6-7 Memories with snacks, then Dance to follow! So don't feel left out. I have family that could only come in the summer due to being a teacher, bus drivers for school also youngins in school.
