I would like to thank Linda,Gwen,Renee,Jan,Dottie and Betty for heping with the summer hot dogs plus. Also for all the residents who came and enjoyed the different selections of food. Thanks also for the card and gift. Gene and I would also like to thank all the people who helped with the other events this summer. I hope all had a wonderful summer here in the park. Glad you didn't get blown away. We had 93 feels like 102 today, but they aren't going to last much longer, cold front on the way. It will probably still be nice when you get here.

 Well we didn't get blown off the map yet but it is pretty windy and most of our leaves are down. Hope they all blow into the neighbors yard haha. We had multiple tornado watches and warnings but nothing touched down around us. I'm just glad all the rain we got was not snow or we would of been buried. Enjoy your sun

 Just a couple of questions for those "in the know", where do I pick up a new directory? Is there anyone out there interested in Scrabble? How about posting some good places to eat and shop? How about a list of people willing to do odd jobs at a reasonable price? Sewers, painters, plumbers,electricians, movers.??. I'm sure there are many talented people in the park who might be willing to share their expertise on an occasional basis. Let's hear from you!

The leaves are really falling but as fast as you pick them up there are more coming down. Well at least its warm 70's and no snow Take Care

 Thank you for the good wishes.Today is our 50th. We are going out to dinner with our family and Gary and Sharon tonight. We celebrated our big party in August so today is kind of low key but will be spending it with people we love. Hope to see you all in about 6 weeks

FYI the phone book is ready for pickup! Thank you to the owner for paying for the cost of printing. We were told if we kept the cost down and did everything our selves we could have a large book each year. Thanks to Carol Simmons for helping type it with me, Thanks to Gail for all the printing. Also to all the ladies who hel[ed put it together, Karen Mages, Sue Burgett, Sandi Kellar, Bonnie Rouston, Jeanie Haines, Gail Raymond, Carol Simmonsplus myself, Renee. Steve stopped for a minute and helped staple. Phone Book will be at Karaoke tonight or you can get them Monday Morning at the Rec, Hall 9-11am OR Tuesday at Coffee and Hot Dog Tuesdays. If you find mistakes (I am sorry! we are only human)or HAVE UDATES see Renee Sammons, All updates will be in the Chattings.

Hi everyone, was so sorry to read that Renee was passing the website "torch" but know Sandi will do her best to keep it "burning" brightly. Renee you do a great job at all you do and it is appreciated! Gary and I are doing well and are starting to think "Chulavista". It won't be long as time is flying.
