FYI: With TROPICAL STORM ETA COMING OUR WAY. Please prepare for rain and wind 1. Do not drive through the standing Salt water that crosses the road at the river with your golf cart. 2. Tape your hose so it doesn't whip in the wind. 3. Put away things that may fly in the wind. 4. Stay Safe we will be fine.

THanksgiving Dinner. Take out only buy tickets $5.00 residents. Guests $7.00. When you pick up your meal and turn your ticket in residents will get there money back. At this time we feel that this is the only way we can keep our residents safe.

Park amenities are still restricted to residents only. CDC guidelines are still in place and Hillsborough County has a mask ordinance. Residents may have guests but are asked to stay indoors as much as possible. Hope this answers your questions.
