● All homeowners are affected by this notice.
● If you wish to determine the names and addresses of the individuals who will be receiving notices of rental amount increases in addition to you, the Park Office maintains such a list for your review.
● The Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association has also been sent a copy of this notice.
● If a negotiating committee is appointed to represent the affected mobile homeowners, and the committee wishes to discuss the above charges, the committee must contact the Park Office to schedule a meeting with the Park owner within thirty (30) days of receipt of this notice.
